Speaking of Vans… my custom Era’s courtesy of Vans came last week and blew my mind. Much like my Demeulemeester boots, they arrived and were the best shade of purple ever! I’ve been seriously wearing them non-stop since they showed up. Also, like a day later, my friend Nikki at Vans was awesome enough to send me over the new Vans book and I must say it is the coolest book EVER. Snuck two shots for you guys… Lemmy (of course) and a sick Vans cast! The book is officially out June 1st so head out to your local Vans shop or keep checking the online site for it because this is definitely the best new addition to any bookcase I could recommend, filled with tons of awesome photos & tales from their long incredible history.

Massive THANKS to my friend Max and his wife Sarah Rainey for the most AMAZING package. Along with some awesome new 4Q shirts from him, she sent over a pair of PURPLE PENTAGRAM EARRINGS!! When I spotted the bag on top of the shirts in the box I couldn’t believe my eyes! Then she said she made them purple because she knew how into the color I am. Thanks so much Sarah!! I seriously only own like two pairs of earrings now and I don’t wanna take these off everrr!

A few months ago, the rad Liz Thayer posted the pair Sarah made her which initially sparked my interest. Hopefully Sarah gets a shop going soon cause I see these selling like crazzzy! I’ll definitely keep you guys updated!

OH MY god holy fuckin shit why hasn’t anyone altered me to this pair of ripped up killer Ksubi’s at Shopbop?!? They are still the only brand to really win me over as far as really digging the pre-ripped style (I’ve hardly worn the jeans I got a few months ago). Anyway, I’m wildly stoked I found these but am completely bummed there are only two sizes left!!! I mean come on, what better description than Shredder Shorts do I need to be totally obsessed with something?

So a week ago my friend posts this photo from a visit to Austin/SXSW and even though you can kind of barely see them, I was DYING over the purple boots on the left hand side. I mean, they were the perfect shade and basically looked like the best pair ever. Fast forward to today and this rad chick from Pachuco Hands blog sends an e-mail saying she thinks I might dig these boots as they are purple and there’s a big zipper along the outside.

LO AND FUCKIN BEHOLD THEY’RE THE SAME BOOTS! Only, very unfortunately for me, they only have sizes 6-8.5 listed on the site and my 9.5 feet are feeling pretty bummed about this. I suppose I will eagerly await a restocking or finding them elsewhere but seriously, I think I need these boots more than anything ever right now.

It’s weird when you see something that you realize has been just what you’ve been looking for and you didn’t even know it. That’s how I how I feel after seeing this hat on a few of the girls at the Catherine Holstein presentation. I seriously have to have this hat like no joke. Purple felt floppy hat. A must. The call is out so if anyone sees a perfect one just like this please let me know, I don’t think this one on ebay is really what I’m looking for.

While I’m on the topic of my favorite shade ever, how badly do I want this Hysteria purple lipstick?? I really don’t ever wear lipstick (a ton of black eyeliner and I’m out the door) but the other day just to see if the purchase would be worth it, I threw on this bright pink YSL lipstick I have and was into it. So do I need purple lips or what? Definitely going to try and find it instore somewhere so I can try it on before dropping $30 on it. Something tells me I won’t wear it as often as I’d like to think but it beats the black everyone is wearing (sorry that’s just too silly high school goth kids for me).

No surprise here but I also received the Chanel Vendetta polish (and white truffle oil!) for Valentines Day from my husband! It is sooooo beautiful on, I seriously love it. I also finally mastered painting my own nails perfectly so there will probably not be a day that goes by now without wearing it. Oh yeah you can also kinda see the epic scar on my wrist in the photo on the left from when I shattered it a few years ago. No big deal.

When Kurt from RTX emailed me and asked if I wanted some gear, of course I was gonna say yes! I was pretty stoked but when the package got here I had no idea what I was in for.

I seriously haven’t taken the shirt on the right + hoodie on the right off all week (no worries, a mix of Tom Ford Black Orchid + Teen Spirit strawberry deodorant keeps everything smelling really good) but it is all just so incredibly RAD. The RTX shirts are epic and all the others with artwork by my fav Andreas Jenne are just so amazing and I’m really excited to be able to wear his work!

At the bottom of the huge box sat this 7". I had forgotten to buy this and figured I’d have no luck since it came out a while ago but Kurt came through and no shit, it’s even on purple vinyl. Too killer!!! I love this song so it’s nice to have it on vinyl for sure.

Beneath the 7" was this folded poster. I already have a really awesome RTX/Andreas poster so at first I thought that’s what it was but oh man I was surprised when I unfolded it and found Lemmy staring back at me! I missed this tour when it came through NY in September. This basically makes up for it.

I’ve never been a signature kind of girl but if I’m going to have anyone’s, well, I sure as hell don’t mind that it’s his.

It’s well known I’m totally obsessed with certain things purple and I’ve written before about the most amazing bike Max posted with a lux purple setup and I wanted to roll over and die it was so perfect. So the other day I see this one on Greasy Kulture Magazine’s blog and really I couldn’t be happier to see another purple killer. I know I should be posting this over on Sex Savages on Wheels but I can’t help myself.

Seriously, Dash’s editorial in Purple really just beats all others ever.

Believe me, there was a time (a few months ago) when I rationalized this to being a good idea but now I can just chock that up to silly thoughts. If they came in purple I’d be well on my way to having this made for Nico (personalized as they do that so well) and calling it the same as buying shit for the baby we never wanna have. For those wondering, this fuckin piece of printed leather from Goyard is about $312… wait or was it $412… whatever… still insane.. but so pretty.

L’Wren Scott is so killer. I like her fair skin mixed with jet black hair and the most perfect purple ensemble. The quilting on the jacket is pure class and I could see Mick borrowing this from her for sure.
