Another phenomenal collection from Queen Ann.. where do I even begin? She will never fail me. Each season is just somehow even better than the last and while that seems like such a hard task, she makes it look so easy. Here’s to sticking to what you believe in.

My very favorite looks always happen to fall right after each other and there was no exception to that here, just increasingly beautiful as they go on.

These skirts were perfection personified. Nothing better than draping yourself in leather now is there? The cut is amazing. These will be a wonder for winter.

Of course it’d be hard for me not to have at least one trouser look as that is plays the main role in my uniform of dressing. Chainmail head to exquisite black leather toe, this is just magnificent.

Devastatingly beautiful show from Dévastée tonight in Paris. I can’t even… it’s just so wonderful. I have long been obsessed with this label and actually just interviewed them for my gig with LOVE Magazine which you will be able to read very soon! They blew my mind by not just answering the questions but by illustrating the entire Q&A!!! I am wildly in love with all of their work and I truly consider much of it tattoo worthy and if I were the kind to want full sleeves, I don’t think I’d hesitate in covering my arms with the work of Francois Alary! That said, one or two will do me just fine.

Anyhow, the collection in full below because how couldn’t I post the entire thing?!? J’adore Dévastée! To me they have the perfect silhouette and I love the use of just black and white. The mutual obsession with things very dark and the everpresent black and white stripe which makes an appearance in every collection and is something I’ll always love through their eyes. I’ll note that the cemetery scene on a few of the looks truly made my heart skip a beat. Again, I wish I could been there but who knows what next season holds!

Details because you know there are so many… The makeup was once again just perfection (and slightly King Diamond-esque). I’m super picky about bags but gasped when I spotted the first tote here.. I can’t even put into words just how badly I want this bag. I can joke and say it’s now my mission over the next 6 months to have one of their bags appear on my arm and carry it for the rest of my walking days on this earth. That or I’ll finally nail down exactly which drawing I want tattooed..

Anyway, I can’t say enough good things about this collection and they have truly made Paris worth the wait but I knew they would. It’s better than I could have even imagined!

I heard this song the other day thanks to The Cult’s blog and I am just so stoked to have found a NEW band that we actually REALLY, REALLY LIKE. Figures they’re Australians, you guys apparently can do no wrong. Anyway, just how beautifully perfect is the video? I love the way tight jeans and boots look… there is nothing better. But goddamn the song is just so incredible…… I have been listening to it over & over & over. Another plus for The Black Ryder is that the name of their album, Buy the Ticket, Take the Ride, is from Hunter S. Thompson’s Fear and Loathing and you can’t beat literary references like that. What’s even more killer is you can catch them on tour right now alongside The Cult,. if only they were out our way….

Burberry Prorsum S/S 11… what an incredibly beautiful collection. Though Bailey never disappoints, I have loved everything for years. I was naturally very excited over the appearance of so much black leather in this collection.. Look #2 especially, a leather sleeved trench dress that is maybe the hottest thing on the runway.. !

The first dude out in the trench and tight leather trousers… wow.. I could get really super into my husband wearing this, minus the sandals and white singlet and plus a plain black t-shirt. All the guys on the runway looked extremely handsome in their looks.

The patent leather sleeved cropped trench and a tight creme mini…. does it get any sexier than that look? Seriously.

Really love the studded coat that closed the show, it just reminds me of ALL my friends growing up and their leathers. As much as it makes me laugh to see our teenage looks adopted into the fashion world everywhere, I’ll never tire of seeing it because I’ll forever think it looks hot as hell. Honestly, there’s nothing I enjoy more than a Spring/Summer collection that is not full of practical S/S looks because, well, Summer is the worst (remember this coming from someone obsessed with jeans/leather/coats)!

Only met this guy a handful of times and boy have we heard the best stories about him fucking ever. Austin cast him in the presentation for Odyn Vovk SS11 and honestly, he couldn’t have picked a better fuckin’ face than Senior. He reminds me a lot of Lemmy and that says a motherfucking lot.

Anyway, O/V SS was yet another killer collection. The setup of the show has been my favorite of his yet (also inside a firehouse) and oh, the clothes are amazing as always…. !

These boots are insane. Austin fucking rules for this one. I just wanna stare at ‘em all night on my shelf alongside my pony Repetto’s. Too beautiful.
