Saw this on one of my favorite blogs, Irish Rich’s Applied Machete. This is his front door mat.

Max posted this one up. Pretty sure I’m gonna paint this on my husbands helmet (unless I find the right stick on letters).

This is a 1954 Harley Hummer. We came across one of these a few weeks ago with only one owner and then was traded for a tractor (!) to the guy who was gonna sell it to us. If it was more practical (like we could both ride it), for the price he had it we would have bought it in a second cause it’s fucking beautiful. It’s probably still sitting at his shop for when I sell off those boots! SO BUY MY BOOTS!

Trying to keep up with my old days of being a constant house guest, Alexis Gross had us over her place for a few weeks. Two things about Alexis: she rules and she takes the sickest photos. For example, the above is probably the best photo I’ve seen all year, featuring the best looking chick ever in the most perfect outfit in the world (she probably has Vans on too which would make me say the Universe) and the always endearing Patrick O’Dell along with the rest of the crowd at the Autumn Bowl. Alexis is constantly knee deep in good shit and has started keeping a little photo diary (sorry about the diary part, Alexis) that you should really check out.

Ann Demeulemeester’s menswear ss11 show was so fantastic. I’ve said time and time again how I think head to toe white looks are complete perfection, so, seeing half of the collection embody this was fantastic. My very favorite white look is above. She really made the fencing look hot as hell. I would be very happy to see my husband in any one of the looks on the runway.

When it turned black and leather, I smiled. That’s the Ann I love most. I was dying for every pair of boots I saw (both the white and black) and like the all white getups, when my husband wears leather on leather on leather (boots, pants, jacket.. with black collared shirt like he did on our wedding day) I feel faint. I’d be hard pressed to find the most covetable piece on the runway but the above has to be holding strong at the top.

As always, the best part is catching Ann herself at the end of the runway after the finale. I think I have each of those photographs saved somewhere on my laptop.

The Summer 2010 Louis Vuitton sunglasses collection presented by the incredible Monsieur Andre. 11 new shades for another extremely hot summer. They all come in various colors but of course it’s hard for me not to feature the purples & blacks !

It seems so hard to say I could pick just one pair to be the glowing stand out but I’m in love with the Glitter Lila’s. Of course both the mens and womens are all looking amazing and so what luck then that Andre shot a few lookbooks in both New York and Milan with some of the loveliest faces showcasing the collection…

Andre of course makes hearts melt and we love Chrissie Miller over here at Gnarlitude so it was nice to see her smiling back at the camera!

Olivier & Isabelle McNally.. impossible to say who looks better, speaking of sunglasses, right?

Josephine de la Baume & Annabelle Dexter-Jones.. the more oversized the better.

And, of course, who could look better than the exquisite Anna Dello Russo.. ! This makes me realize I’d be all over these shades as well, the Fushia flower shape sunglasses in rainbow color, though hard to say whether I’d take the pink or purple !

This Stolen Girlfriends Club leather and denim Two Face jacket may just be the best summer accessory yet. I’m not exactly a fan of the summer, at all whatsoever. I live on the beach and grew up going to the beach and yeah it’s nice when the ocean is not completely freezing but fuck the heat (and all the tourists). Luckily we have that non-stop ocean breeze that cools everything down and allows you to do things like wear a denim and leather jacket.

If you don’t live on the beach, you can roll those sleeves up like they’re shown and wear this all day long and you’re cooler than the dudes I see walking around the city in Rick Owens leather jackets right now like its no big deal.
