I’ve never worn a hair clip outside of being a little kid but I have to admit to liking this Marc by Marc zipper barrette. Of course the real catch here is that for some INSANE reason, they are somehow thinking that if you would like to wear a zipper in your hair, you also won’t mind paying $78 for it. SEVENTY EIGHT DOLLARS. I understand that it’s been “handmade in France” and everything but still. it’s just a clip. for your hair.

hahahhaa.
“it’s just a clip.STOP.for your hair.STOP.”
the thought of an operating zipper so near my hair - hurts.
yeah it makes me feel like she is in pain.
Does it operate? The end is closed off, so maybe it would be ok. It looks great, but, yeah… not that great. You could make one for $1.50, right?
Yeah it doesn’t appear to be functional (that would be a horrendous idea). I was thinking of making this myself but I still don’t think I’d actually wear a barrette even if I aced it.
Soon to be available at Hot Topic, made by slaves in China, and sold for $3.
^^so true.
all you need is a plain hairclip and a zipper which you can get from any sewing shop for, like, 70 pence. there you have it :)
I’d be on top of making one of these, but for some reason the idea of wearing somthing in my hair that normally would be disasterous just isn’t appealing. ;]
i was thinking about making a zipper headband once. i would probably not charge someone 78 to intentionally look like a zombie though.
unless you know they would pay that much. then… hmmmm…
p.s you should do a shoe post on shoes you do not hate / love intensely online. im so sick of the blogger favorites! i know yours wowuld be a lot different. ;D
RIP. OFF.
shoe post.
most definitely!
Shoe post coming!
I dig zippers and of course that’d be the last thing you’d expect to see in someones hair so that makes me like it even more. I welcome the knock offs.
