MIU MIU S/S 09
All the print dresses were nice but nothing I’d really be interested in. These two were the best for me. Remember when Miu Miu used to have soooo many purple garments? I miss that. Naturally the one the left was my total favorite. The black looks really simple and sleek with the belt. I would like to see the details on the dress, some of them look like lips but I’m not sure.
What amused me the most about this collection were the spray painted items.
Who is really going to pay good money for these??

the first 2 ok, but still not that impressed. the second two, eek. well dissapointed in miu miu!
Spray painted heels aren’t worth the money. Maybe a rich person who doesn’t think they’re creative enough do it themselves will buy them. But even then, the pattern here isn’t difficult. I kind of want to try spray painting my shoes now.

i agree w/you about the first dress, fantastic. but not the best miu miu show.
soooo disappointed in miuccia’s offerings for spring. prada was neither her nor there for me and miu was totally meh. i’m sad!
Yeah it was pretty much all crap. What do you do after a wetsuit collection though, you know?
Jen, i see you love you some purple - me too! There’s an NZ designer i think you’d really like. His name’s jaeha and he’s pretty much the best thing in new zealand. Ever.
