Very stoked on this. Basically, the long and short of it is:
The gallery will, for the run of the show, turn into a Wonkaesque factory, studio and sweatshop where A-ron’s inner life and authorized oral autobiography is translated into a line of hot, hot contemporary streetwear. Thus, "My Life in T-shirts."
So, seriously, how completely amazing is this gonna be? Of course with Aaron & The Steadfast Associates at the helms you can expect nothing but greatness but I have a feeling it can only be experienced in person to grasp just how incredible it’ll be. I can’t wait to set my sights on it at the opening. Produced by the wonderful Steadfast Associates and showing at ASS , which is Terence Koh’s (whom you may remember is like the only person on earth to have picked up the Balenciaga gold robot leggings, as evidenced here before ) gallery, the show opens September 6th and without a closing date yet known, I’d suggest you head down there as quickly as possible once it’s opened.
