though i was done for now well here’s a big surprise

With Brian Jones as inspiration, Karl Lagerfeld delivered yet another totally R’N'R collection with the Chanel Cruise 09 show in Miami yesterday. This was the event I was supposed to attend and I have to say I’m still a little bummed I had to miss out but hopefully I’ll be seeing you in the fall!

All the press pieces will be available later today, including video, stills and text so I will do a better write up later but my singular favorite look so far from the few photos available is most definitely the look pictured above. R’N'R / Brian Jones / Anita Pallenberg incredibleness and I would wear the whole look head to toe. The setting of the pool and Jones’ unfortunate death at the bottom of a swimming pool possibly having something to do with each other is totally morbid and amazing.
