So despite basically no one actually sticking to the theme and getting all outrageous (what’s the big deal? At least Pugh went as his hero, aka Lagerfeld) I still had some major favs from the Met Gala..
No big surprise here but Alexander Wang & model Natasha Vojnovic and Daphne Guinness & L’Wren Scott were my favorites. Wang’s model had on exactly what I would have worn last night (Erin would have been perfect in this but bummer on newly broken foot, which probably kept her away). I want those trousers. Daphne looked sparkly and amazing but where were the infamous metal rings (please excuse that at the moment the exact name for them escapes me) she always wears? Possibly just on her other hand? L’Wren looked seriously incredible!! They were the perfect pair although Daphne in some Alexander Wang would have been pretty wonderful.

Susie.. of course… Daphne and Wang were all I was really looking forward to, short of Julia & Carine being there. There are always too many ‘celebrities’ who are just boring.
